FREEOne-page A4 preview with a left sidebar and right main content column.
A simple one-page resume for administrative and office roles, with software and systems in a skills block and bullets about the people supported, the processes you ran and the improvements you made.
The sample is an administrative assistant supporting a department of 25. Replace it with your own.
People and executives supported, calendars and travel managed, events coordinated, systems maintained, and improvements (a filing system, a booking process, a template) with the time they saved. Name the software (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Concur, an ERP). The Executive Assistant Resume is the senior version; the Project Coordinator Resume covers delivery-support roles, and the Medical Assistant Resume is the clinical-office equivalent. Bookkeeping hybrids can compare the Bookkeeper Resume.
One page, single-column, plain; this layout is one of the simple resume templates. Office roles are often parsed by portals, so keep the software list as text. The free resume-building guide is useful if this is an early resume.
