This license explains how you may use resume templates and related downloadable materials made available by ResumeTemplateLab.com.
1. Templates covered by this license
Unless a specific template page states otherwise, this license applies to template files that are created by or distributed directly by ResumeTemplateLab.com. Third-party materials, fonts, logos, trademarks, or linked files may be subject to separate terms from their respective owners. If separate terms apply, those terms control.
2. Permitted use
You may use covered templates for personal, educational, and commercial purposes, including preparing your own resume, CV, portfolio, or job-application materials; preparing documents for a client; editing the template in Google Docs or compatible software; and exporting a finished document to PDF or another common document format.
3. What you may change
You may replace text, change fonts and colors, rearrange sections, add or remove sections, and otherwise customize a covered template for the final document you are preparing.
4. Restrictions
You may not resell, sublicense, republish, mirror, scrape, or redistribute the original or substantially unchanged template files as a competing template library, template pack, marketplace listing, or download service. You may not remove ownership notices that are intentionally included in a file, claim that ResumeTemplateLab.com endorses you, or use the site, templates, or branding in a misleading way.
5. Client work
You may use a covered template to create a finished resume or CV for a client. The restriction on redistribution applies to the reusable source template itself, not to a finished personalized document delivered to the client.
6. Example content
Names, companies, job histories, metrics, skills, and other text shown in examples are sample content. Replace them with accurate information before using a document for a real application.
7. Third-party services and trademarks
Google Docs and related Google marks are trademarks of Google LLC. ResumeTemplateLab.com is an independent website and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google LLC. Access to Google Docs or other third-party services is subject to those providers’ own terms.
8. No warranty
Templates are provided “as is.” We do not guarantee that a template will be accepted by a particular employer, recruiter, applicant tracking system, or other third party, or that using a template will result in an interview or job offer.
