A resume for critical care nurses, with certifications (CCRN, ACLS) and unit type up front and experience bullets that name the acuity, equipment and outcomes recruiters for ICU roles expect.
The sample is an ICU RN with medical and cardiac ICU experience. Replace it with your own units.
Name the ICU type, bed count and ratio, then the skills: ventilator management, vasoactive drips, CRRT, ECMO, post-op cardiac care. Quantify where you can: CLABSI or CAUTI rates on your unit, rapid-response participation, preceptor and charge work. CCRN goes next to your licence. The general Nurse Resume has the same structure; the ER Nurse Resume is the nearest specialty layout. ICU nurses who take contracts should look at the Travel Nurse Resume for how assignments are listed.
Keep certifications as plain text with dates so hospital systems parse them, and use a single or parser-tested two-column layout. Nurses moving toward advanced practice can compare the Nurse Practitioner Resume. The healthcare resume examples list the other clinical layouts.
