A resume built for a series of contracts: assignments grouped under the agency, each with facility, unit, bed count, EHR and dates, plus a compact block for multi-state licences and certifications.
The sample is a med-surg and telemetry travel RN with eight assignments. Replace it with your own contract history.
Put the agency as the employer and each assignment as a sub-entry: facility, city, unit, bed count, EHR system, dates. One or two bullets per assignment is enough; recruiters care about unit type and that you completed the contract. Compact licences (compact state, plus individual states) go near the top with certifications. Your permanent staff history sits below in the format of the Nurse Resume. Specialty travellers can look at the ICU Nurse Resume and ER Nurse Resume for unit-specific bullets.
Two pages is normal after a few years of travel; the two-page resume templates show how to keep it consistent. Agency and facility systems both parse, so keep it single-column with plain-text credentials. Other clinical layouts are listed under healthcare resume examples.
