FREEIT Support Specialist Resume
A resume for helpdesk, desktop and end-user support roles, where employers want to see the systems you've supported, the volume you've handled and how users rated you.
FREEOne-page A4 preview. Two-column structure with Arial headings and Calibri body text.
A general resume for IT professionals across support, systems, networking and infrastructure. The skills block is grouped by operating systems, networking, cloud, security and tools, and the bullets are about reliability and service.
The sample is an IT professional who moved from helpdesk into systems administration. Replace it with your own environment and certifications.
'IT' covers a lot of roles, and the more specific the resume, the better it screens. This general layout works when your responsibilities span several areas. For a focused version, use the IT Support Specialist Resume for helpdesk and end-user roles, the System Admin Resume for servers and directories, or the Network Engineer Resume for routing and infrastructure. Leadership roles are covered by the IT Project Manager Resume and IT Director Resume.
Quantify service: tickets resolved per week, SLA met, uptime achieved, users supported, systems migrated. Certifications (CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco, ITIL) are a real filter in IT hiring, so give them a short dated section. For a more design-neutral version of this structure, the Technical Resume is the closest layout, and the ATS resume templates are the safe choice for corporate portals.
