FREEBackend Developer Resume
A resume for engineers who build services, APIs and data layers.
FREEOne-page A4 resume preview.
A resume for developers working mainly in Python, whether that's web backends, automation, data pipelines or tooling. The skills block separates frameworks, data libraries, testing and infrastructure so the reader can see which Python you mean.
The sample is a Python developer with Django and FastAPI experience plus some data work. Replace it with your own.
Python spans web, data and automation, and a hiring manager wants to know which one you are before the second line. Lead the skills block with your core: Django or FastAPI for web, pandas and Airflow for data, pytest and CI tooling for platform work. Then write bullets that show the effect: an API serving a given volume, a pipeline that cut a report from hours to minutes, a test suite that halved regressions. If your Python is mostly data, the Data Engineer Resume or Data Scientist Resume may frame it better; for model work, see the Machine Learning Engineer Resume. If it's mainly services and APIs, the Backend Developer Resume is the parallel layout.
Python roles are heavily filtered by keyword. Spell out libraries as they appear in postings, keep the layout single-column, and run the ATS-friendly checklist before uploading. For a Java-side comparison of the same structure, the Java Developer Resume is written the same way.
