Architect Resume

A two-column resume for architects and designers in practice, with registration, software and credentials (LEED, NCARB) in the sidebar and projects listed under each firm in the main column.

Engineering resumes

The Engineering Resume is the general layout for mechanical, civil, electrical and industrial roles: a summary, a skills block with software and standards, and project-led experience bullets. Software and data engineers should use the technology and data examples instead, where tool stacks are handled differently. Engineering managers will find the Engineering Manager Resume closer to what they need.

Architecture and aviation

The Architect Resume gives registration, notable projects and design software their own space and links naturally to a portfolio. The Pilot Resume follows aviation conventions, with certificates, ratings and hours listed before employment. Both roles benefit from a clean two-column structure; the Professional Two-Column Resume is a good blank version if you'd rather start from a layout.

Presenting credentials and projects

List licences with the issuing body and number, and describe projects by scale, budget or standard rather than by task. When applying to large firms through a portal, check the ATS-friendly resume guide so the credential section parses correctly.
